Support Decision Practice / 返信の判断をそろえる

Keep your practice and continue later

Save your answers and current case as a small progress file. Open it in the same language and edition to continue. The paid 10-case workbook and free 3-case sample both include this feature. It saves your exercise choices, not customer records.

回答と今のケースを進行ファイルへ保存し、同じ言語・同じ教材で後から再開できます。有料10ケースと無料3ケースの両方に含みます。顧客の記録ではなく、練習の選択だけを保存します。

Separate verified facts from promises in ten fictional digital-product support cases.

English and Japanese editions cover the same ten cases. Download one language or both with the same purchase; these are not twenty unique cases.

Try three complete cases free

Practice in English without an account. The free sample includes reasoning and handoff for download access, a payment screenshot, and refund processing versus money received. Use Download demo for the English offline sample. No purchase is needed to finish it.

What the paid workbook adds

Seven more cases: refund requests, purchase-time versions, distribution permission, missing files, equal charges, deadlines and phone support. Download/unzip the HTML files and open index.html with JavaScript and local HTML support. Phone behavior depends on the viewer. Save your text review before reloading. No customer data, automated reply, actual refund processing or certification is supplied.

From US$3; final total at checkout. Learning within the purchaser/recipient organization only; no redistribution, resale or public uploads. AI-assisted original fiction and code. The existing cover is a production illustration, not included paper or hardware.
